The alpine world of Salzburg offer endless opportunities for mountain adventures of all kinds, ranging from leisurely hut-to-hut hikes to extensive summit tours. I would be happy to plan and guide hikes tailored to your personal needs and preferences. I am also available to advise you on your own activities.
It's a pleasure for me to share my experiences, from the many thousands of hours I've spent in the mountains, with you and to pass on my insights into behavior in the alpine, equipment and nutrition, as well as technique and training, and much more. Speaking of technique and training...
Trail running, or simply running off-road, is a fascinating way to explore the mountains in a dynamic and (even) more athletic way. I'm happy to show interested beginners what's important to get started, or accompany experienced runners on exciting trails in alpine terrain. I'm happy to share my personal experiences in training and competition.
